Jacob Elordi fights with official at 2025 Venice Film Festival

Jacob Elordi brought the drama to the Venice Film Festival.

The “Euphoria” star, 28, got into a heated verbal exchange with an official for the festival on Saturday.

In a video taken by an onlooker and shared to TikTok Sunday, Elordi could be seen greeting fans at the world premiere for his new film, “Frankenstein,” as he began arguing with the staff member.

“I’m going to take a picture right here,” Elordi told the official.

“Don’t ever tell me what to do,” the Australian actor added to the man.

The TikToker who shared the clip of Elordi said the star “was so nice” and took photos “with everyone he could” at the event.

But in the comments of the clip, which has over 640,000 views, fans criticized Elordi for how he treated the official.

“That was really super rude of Elordi,” one fan wrote.

“Poor guy he was just doing his job,” another fan said.

A third person noted, “He’s there for your safety. He’s doing his job.”

“Honestly the entitlement of some celebrities,” said a different fan.

The Post has reached out to Elordi’s rep for comment.

After the film’s screening, Elordi broke down in tears as the Guillermo del Toro-directed monster flick received a 13 to 14-minute standing ovation from the audience.

Elordi also exchanged hugs with del Toro, 60, and his co-star Oscar Isaac during the lengthy ovation.

The upcoming Netflix adaptation of Mary Shelley’s 1818 classic novel stars Elordi as Frankenstein’s monster, Isaac, 46, as Victor Frankenstein and Mia Goth as Frankenstein’s love interest.

The cast also includes Christopher Waltz, Felix Kammerer, Lauren Collins, Lars Mikkelsen, Charles Dance and Ralph Ineson.

At the film’s press conference in Venice Saturday, Elordi explained how he fully immersed himself into his role as The Creature.

“It was a vessel that I could put every part of myself into. From the moment that I was born to being here with you today, all of it is in that character,” he shared, per Deadline. “And in so many ways, the creature that’s on screen in this movie is the sort of purest form of myself. He’s more me than I am.”

Elordi also recently revealed that he spent 10 hours in the makeup chair per day for his character transformation.

“Frankenstein” will have a limited theatrical release on Oct. 17 before it comes out on Netflix Nov. 7.
