Jameela Jamil labels Blake Lively a ‘suicide bomber’ in private texts

Actress Jameela Jamil didn’t hold back in private texts to a publicist amid the ongoing drama between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.

The text thread between the “The Good Place” alum and Baldoni’s publicist, Jennifer Abel, surfaced as part of a batch of messages revealed in newly unsealed court documents related to Lively’s lawsuit against her co-star and director of “It Ends With Us.”

The messages, sent in August 2024, show Jamil and Abel reacting to a TikTok video that criticizes Lively’s promotion of the film as “out of touch” and “tone-deaf.”

“I want to officially incorporate nightmare c–t and demon c–t into my vocabulary; UNBELIEVABLE,” Abel wrote, adding that the backlash Lively received from the public was all of her own doing.

“She’s a suicide bomber at this point,” Jamil replied.

At the time, Lively was under fire for highlighting her haircare line and adopting a light-hearted tone in interviews, rather than addressing the film’s serious themes of domestic violence.

After taking a hit to her reputation, Lively posted a link to a domestic violence hotline, which Jamil and Abel also referenced in their texts.

“So cold, just some stats and a link,” Jamil described the post.

“I’ve never seen such a bizarre villain act before. She’s OVER over,” Jamil added after agreeing with Abel that she hates Lively “so much.”

A source close to Lively responded to the recently revealed exchange, telling TMZ that it’s “disappointing that instead of listening to women when they speak out, other women call them names and discredit them in defense of a fake male feminist.”

The text thread is just one of many private communications that were released this week in regard to the Lively-Baldoni dispute, with court documents also disclosing texts between Lively and her reportedly estranged bestie Taylor Swift, as well as now-viral email Lively sent to Ben Affleck.

Lively and Baldoni are facing off over her December 2024 lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment on set of “It Ends With Us,” and a retaliatory smear campaign — both of which he denies.

Baldoni, in a since-dismissed $400 million countersuit, claimed Lively defamed him and “robbed” him of control of the film.

A trial in the case is currently set to begin this May in New York City.
