On March 12, James Taylor will celebrate his 78th birthday.
A little over a month later, the tireless singer-songwriter is launching his spring and summer 2026 tour.
From April through September, “Sweet Baby James” has gigs with his All Star Band lined up at stadiums, arenas, theaters, music halls, pavilions, music centers, amphitheaters, parks, event centers, casinos and more.
That includes four concerts in New York and New Jersey. They’re scheduled to take place at:
Bethel Woods Center for the Arts
Thursday, June 18
Bethel Woods, NY
Jones Beach Theater
Tuesday, June 23
Wantagh, NY
Hard Rock Live
Saturday, June 27
Atlantic City, NJ
Saratoga Performing Arts Center
Monday, June 29
Saratoga Springs, NY
Based on our findings at Set List FM, Taylor regularly performed 18-20 songs at his summer 2025 concerts.
Notable tracks that he delivered include “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You),” “Your Smiling Face,” “Fire and Rain,” “Carolina in My Mind” and “Sweet Baby James” among others.
“His concerts aren’t about reinvention or spectacle; they’re about connection. The stories may repeat, the setlists may look familiar, but the feelings remain timeless,” Parklife DC noted in a review of an August 2025 concert at Wolf Trap in Vienna, VA.
“That’s the power of James Taylor — to make thousands of people feel like they’re sharing a personal memory with an old friend.”
