Jason Biggs’ latest confession is fresh out the oven.
The actor, 47, revealed why it was time to let his oldest son Sid, 11, know about his infamous scene from his breakout role in “American Pie.”
“They kept hearing about ‘American Pie’ and pie and [asking], ‘Daddy, what do you do with the pie?’ and I had to have a conversation with my oldest,” Biggs recalled while on an episode of SiriusXM’s “The Julia Cunningham Show.” “I actually showed him the scene. Jenny and I talked about this, and we were like, ‘We want to get ahead of this.’”
The “Wedding Daze” star also confessed that the cult classic film still randomly comes up from time to time.
Biggs said that, one time, he was “walking in New York on the street and the boys were up ahead and thank god they did not hear it, but a guy walked past us all and literally screamed out back to me, ‘Hey, it’s the pie f—er,’ and I looked immediately at the boys.”
“They did not hear him, thank god.”
Which was one of the reasons Biggs decided to have a chat with his pre-teen.
“It’s my version of a sex talk, right?” he detailed. “It’s like, how much do you want them to hear from friends and other people at school, and how much do you want to control the narrative, and it was literally happening with ‘American Pie.’”
“He guessed it, so in a way, I almost didn’t control the narrative,” Biggs added, “but he wasn’t entirely sure. But I wanted to ask him first. I said, ‘What do you think happens?’ I was just curious, and he actually guessed correctly.”
For Sid, it was an awkward moment until his dad showed him the scene in question.
“He was embarrassed to say it, very embarrassed, but I was like, ‘Okay. Let me show you. Let me show you what happened,’ and so I showed him the scene, and he laughed and laughed.”
“He was a little uncomfortable for sure,” Biggs admitted. “He did say I was a good actor.”
In the 1999 movie, his character Jim is caught by his dad (Eugene Levy) in an compromising position with a freshly baked pie.
Along with Sid, Biggs also shared son Lazlo, 8, with wife Jenny Mollen, whom he tied the knot with in 2008.
In 2017, the “Orange Is the New Black” alum reflected on how he wanted to tell his sons about the notorious moment from the film.
“I picture a scenario where it’s like — I don’t know what grade, hopefully a little bit older – but one of his friends can come in and be like, ‘Hey, I saw your dad’s penis on TV last night!’ ” Biggs told People at the time. “That’s a very real possibility for our life.”
Biggs also said it was a relief to be raising sons instead of daughters.
“I’ve only thought of it in regards to I’m glad that I have boys versus girls,” he elaborated. “I don’t know how it’s going to go down, but I know that no matter how it goes down, it’s going to be easier having sons than it would have been having girls.”
Along with Biggs, “American Pie” starred Seann William Scott, Alyson Hannigan, Mena Suvari, Chris Klein, Tara Reid, Eddie Kaye Thomas and Natasha Lyonne.
The sex-comedy franchise put out three more films: “American Pie 2” in 2001, “American Wedding” in 2003 and “American Reunion” in 2012.
In July, Suvari, 46, told The Post she’d “love to” return for another installment.
“I know that people have been talking about it. I feel like audiences would really appreciate it. I’ve seen videos that fans have put together as a trailer for it. There’s like all kinds of stuff out there,” she said.
Suvari added, “I haven’t heard anything official, but I’d love to be a part of it.”
