Jenny McCarthy, Donnie Wahlberg ‘sneak off’ for basement sex at parties

Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg have no shame about their sex life.

The couple opened up about their ten-year marriage — including when and where they prefer to get intimate — in a new interview with Us Weekly.

“We like to sneak off at parties,” said McCarthy, 52. “If someone has a Christmas party, we’re going to find the basement bathroom, take advantage of the moment.”

When asked how they “keep things spicy,” Wahlberg, 53, responded, “It’s not hard. I wake up and I’m like, ‘Pinch me. This is crazy.’”

“Me, too,” McCarthy added. “Now that we’ve acquired five little Shih Tzu puppies in our bedroom, we have to get creative. We’ve dedicated little spots in our house that are more romantic. But also, nothing is sexier than respecting each other. When Donnie supports me, that’s the best foreplay ever.”

McCarthy and Wahlberg have been married since 2014, two years after they connected during a joint appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.” They renewed their vows last year at the same venue where they tied the knot.

The couple, who have never been shy about their PDA at Hollywood events, recalled getting caught making out in a hallway during the 2014 Creative Arts Emmys.

“We hear this voice say, ‘Get a room,’” Wahlberg remembered. “I was like, ‘That sounded like the voice of God.’ It was Morgan Freeman. He walked by and winked at us.”

The “Blue Bloods” actor explained that he and McCarthy “work at keeping it hot,” which has helped strengthen their relationship.

“Of course we love each other and we’re attracted to each other, but we also give it care,” he said. “That’s how you keep [the spark] alive. We don’t take for granted that it’s been 10 years and we don’t have to do that stuff anymore. Keep doing it.”

Wahlberg and “The Masked Singer” judge also shared what the secret is to their successful marriage.

“We do the work,” said McCarthy.

“Prioritizing the marriage,” Wahlberg chimed in. “If we put things before the relationship, we have a weak foundation. We went in [saying], ‘Let’s give it everything we’ve got and make it the center of our lives.’”

Both stars have no plans to ever get divorced.

“It’s not something that is even remotely possible,” said Wahlberg, while his wife added, “It is ’til death do us part. We know that.”

However, Wahlberg and McCarthy acknowledged that they do have conflict in their relationship, though Wahlberg said they always resolve their issues by choosing “peace.”

“If something ruffles my feathers, I take a look at myself before I say a word to Jen. If I go, ‘Hey, you hurt my feelings,’ I’m not choosing peace,” he explained. “I [have to] look inside and say, ‘What bothered me about that? Oh, I have a sensitivity to that.’”

“That’s a secret weapon in relationships, and it’s really powerful,” McCarthy noted. “It’s about finding the space in between your reaction.”
