John Leguizamo says his ‘thing’ doesn’t ‘work’ due to hair loss meds

John Leguizamo is letting it all hang out.

The comedian, 64, opened up about his problems in both the bedroom and in front of the mirror on Friday morning during an appearance on “The View.”

The saucy discussion started after co-host Joy Behar asked Leguizamo about the panel’s segment before his arrival – which included a talk about everything from watching porn to enjoying sex in one’s older years.

Unfortunately for the actor, he admitted how his hair loss troubles cause more intimate issues as well.

“I’m on Propecia, so it’s a different thing,” Leguizamo said of his hair loss medication. “Propecia for your hair makes your thing not work as much, so then you have to take Viagra to undo the Propecia.”

“But, I want to have good hair,” he added during his chat with the panel at the “Hot Topics” table. “It’s an up-and-down thing.”

“I’m sorry I started so rudely!” the “Bob Trevino Likes It” actor then quipped as the audience roared with laughter in the background.

Leguizamo admitted his hair loss medication forced him to also start taking Viagra to counter the unintended side-effects. ABC

Leguizamo has been married to his wife, Justine Maurer, 56, since 2003.

Before Leguizamo’s interview, “The View” co-host Ana Navarro, 53, led a discussion about sex and the differences between porn and the real thing – and it wasn’t the first time the panel of women discussed such matters.

She also joked about how she has “invested way too much time” teaching her 77-year-old husband, Al Cárdenas, lessons on “how to have great sex.”

“If you ever see porn — not that I do — the women always have high-heeled shoes on, they’re always perfect. I’ve heard,” Navarro said. “That’s performative sex, I think.”

“The older you get, the less inhibited you are, the more you know about the stuff and what buttons to push and pull and press,” she continued. “I have now invested way too much time training Al on how to have great sex to go train someone else.

“There are positions that maybe work better than others,” Navarro added as co-host Sunny Hostin took out a pen and began to take notes. “Are you bitches gonna make me blush on national TV?”

The segment got even raunchier when Sara Haines, 47, Hostin, 56, and Behar, 82, chimed into the discussion.

“What are you pulling?” Haines questioned Navarro.

Leguizamo wasn’t the only one to raise eyebrows on “The View” on Friday morning. ABC

“Once you hit menopause — I said this yesterday, you girls don’t listen to me — menopause ruins your sex life,” Behar added. “You get to the point where you’re so hot, you don’t want anybody on top of you. You’re ready to join a convent.”

The latest episode of “The View” also took a more serious turn when Leguizamo – after discussing his Propecia issues – criticized President Donald Trump’s executive orders to end federal support for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs across the country.

“It’s terrible,” the “John Wick” actor said during the daytime talk show. “I mean, removing plaques of Black and Latino and women heroes.”

“Just – I mean, what kind of action is that?” he added. “It’s like a White-only club.”
