The Hamptons kicked into high gear over the holiday weekend with perfect weather bringing record crowds to the East End for a range of Independence Day festivities.
Washington Post heiress Lally Weymouth hosted her exclusive Fourth of July bash on Saturday the 5th with guests such as Chuck Schumer, former governor Andrew Cuomo, Southampton Village Mayor Bill Manger and a number of foreign dignitaries in attendance.

The highly anticipated restaurant La Goulue Sur Mer opened July 2 at the former space that Redbar held for many years, in Southampton. The Parisian bistro pays homage to the original Upper East Side La Goulue, founded by Jean Denoyer while this boîte by the sea is owned by Joseph DeCristofaro and Anthony Punnett, lifelong friends and Southampton Village natives.
The new hotel Offshore opened its seaside doors in late June in Montauk to a star- studded crowd including The Bachelor’s JoJo Fletcher, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Mauricio Umansky, Bijou Phillips, Ella Travolta, It Ends With Us actress Isabela Ferrer and Keleigh Teller (married to actor Miles) who all danced poolside to sounds by DJ Kristina Korobova.
Entourage star Jeremy Piven performed a stand-up comedy routine at Montauk’s Memory Motel July 4.
