Third time’s a charm.

Griffin’s signature red hair was draped over her shoulders as she covered her eyes with a pair of orange shades.

The jokester opted for a pair of dark blue leggings, black flats, an orange PETA shirt that read “Adopt, Don’t Shop” for her sporty outing — and accessorized with a white and blue patterned purse.

Griffin exited the class with her hair pulled back, before jumping into a white car and driving off.

The Illinois native was quite upfront about her “new face” during an Aug. 5 episode of her “Talk Your Head Off” podcast.

“Yes, it’s my third,” Griffin shared. “I know that’s so vain. I’m so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face. You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want.”

The two-time Emmy Award winner joked that she told doctors she wanted a “good, healthy [face] yank” to remove wrinkles so she wouldn’t have to return in “six months.”

The “My Life on the D-List” personality shared that doctors also gave her an eyelid plasty and performed work on her chin.

She admitted that the surgery was not easy to recover from.

“It’s painful,” Griffin said. “So these b–ches that are like ‘it’s like getting a tooth filled, it’s nothing!’ No, it’s painful.”

The former reality star started undergoing facial transformations in her 20s, which included getting a nose job at 26.

The “Suddenly Susan” alum’s recent glow-up is a stark contrast from her appearance in July of last year, when she was spotted looking nearly unrecognizable during an outing near her Malibu home.

The star looked very different as she wore a white shirt from her 2018 “Laugh Your Head Off World Tour” and bared her forehead in the sun.

The “Dilbert” voice star confessed that her natural hair is “wiry and curly,” and she often has “magic” hair, in the form of wigs, that help her achieve her well-known look.

Griffin has admitted to using wigs publicly ever since she shaved her head in August 2017 to stand in solidarity with her sister, Joyce, who was undergoing chemotherapy at the time.
