Former One Direction singer Liam Payne had listed his $4.1 million house for sale a month before he died.
Payne, 31, had lived in the $4.1 million mansion in Chalfont St Giles, Bucks since November 2021 to be close to ex Cheryl Tweedy and his son Bear who live close by.
The boy band member tragically died after falling from a Buenos Aires hotel balcony in October – a month after he put the $4.1 million home up for sale.
His funeral was held in Amersham on November 20, which was attended by his former One Direction pals Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson.
The detached property sits on six acres of land and has a swimming pool, a separate one-bedroom annex and a stable.
The listing has now been removed from the Rightmove site but it was last listed in September 2024.
Chalfont St Giles is a village famous for the poet Milton’s only surviving home.
Payne had been living with girlfriend Kate Cassidy, 25, in a $9,500-a-month rental home in South Florida before his death.
Flowers were left outside his Chalfont home after news broke that he had passed away.
Residents admitted that the singer was ‘very private’ in the Bucks village.
One of his final social media posts before his death on October 16 shows Payne playing with his pet dog at his Chalfont St Giles property.
