A 22-year-old man was fatally shot in the head as he sat inside a BMW parked on a Bronx street early Tuesday, cops said.
The victim was found slumped over the seat inside the car outside an apartment building on Cedar Ave. near W. Tremont Ave. around 4:30 a.m.
He had been shot in the head, cops said.
EMS rushed the man to St. Barnabas Hospital, but he couldn’t be saved. His name was not immediately disclosed as cops track down family members.
Cedar Ave. runs parallel to the Major Deegan Expressway.
No arrests have been made.
Cops were scouring the area looking for surveillance footage that can help them identify the shooter.
