A 35-year-old straphanger fell onto the tracks after being pushed by a stranger in a Brooklyn subway station, and police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the shover.
The victim was standing on the southbound R train platform at the 36th St. subway station in Sunset Park when a man he didn’t know pushed him, causing him to tumble onto the tracks just before 5 a.m. on Sunday, cops said.
Medics transported the victim to NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn in stable condition. He is expected to recover.
The assailant fled.
