A 55-year-old man was found dead stuffed inside two garbage bags hidden under a bed inside a Queens apartment, police said Wednesday.
Someone called 911 saying they had not heard from the man, who frequented the home 70th Ave. apartment near 137th St. in Kew Gardens Hills, and were concerned for his well-being.
When cops showed up about 5 p.m. Tuesday, they found the man wrapped in two garbage bags, one covering his upper half, the other his bottom half. The body had not been dismembered and was found hidden under the bed, cops said.
The man’s name was not immediately released.
Two adults, including the registered tenant, were in the apartment and taken in for questioning.
The city Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine how the man died.
