Man struck by 2 cars on Manhattan’s Henry Hudson Parkway dies

A man was killed after a minivan slammed into him — sending him flying into the path of an SUV — during a massive crash on the Henry Hudson Parkway in Washington Heights, police said.

Cops on Friday were still trying to identify the victim, who died following Wednesday’s 6:45 p.m. crash.

The victim was crossing the bustling highway near W. 151st St. from east to west when he was rammed by a Toyota minivan being driven by a 35-year-old man, cops said.

The driver hit the pedestrian in the left lane of the southbound side, cops said.

The impact was so severe that the victim was thrown into the left lane of the northbound side, where he was hit by an oncoming Dodge Durango operated by a 41-year-old man.

The victim suffered severe head and body injuries. He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he died a short time later.

The victim had no ID on him, said police, who added it wasn’t immediately clear how old the victim was.

Traffic on the Henry Hudson Parkway was halted on both sides for several hours as the NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad launched an inquiry into the fatal crash.

Cops were trying to identify the victim Friday.

Both drivers remained at the scene as police arrived, but have not been charged.
