Michael Lohan, the troubled father of actress Lindsay Lohan, has had another run-in with the law over the weekend.
The 64-year-old was arrested in Palm Beach County on Sunday and booked for a probation violation, TMZ reported Monday.
Authorities apprehended the elder Lohan in West Palm Beach on an arrest warrant obtained by his probation officer following a February detainment in Harris County, Texas.
The outlet previously reported Lohan was charged with Continuous Violence Against the Family after he allegedly assaulted estranged wife Kate Major at her home.

In 2022, he was sentenced in Palm Beach to four years of probation on five counts of patient brokering, an offense that refers to people who bring addicts to drug treatment centers in exchange for illegal kickbacks.
The former Wall Street commodities trader-turned-TV personality has also been charged with domestic violence several times in cases involving Major, whom he married in 2014. They are the parents of two sons, Landon and Logan.
“For sure he did not violate probation,” his lawyer Robert Gershman told TMZ. “He has been obedient and responsible through his term of probation and we hope her honor will release him quickly. We deny the allegations by Kate that he assaulted her.”
Lohan was previously married to Dina Lohan from 1985 to 2007. In addition to Lindsay, they share adult children Michael Lohan Jr., Aliana and Dakota.
