FALCONS at BUCS
8:15 p.m., Bucs by 5 ½, 44 ½
HANK’S HONEYS: Neither team deserves your faith. Baker Mayfield has been struggling, particularly when facing a good pass rush. The Falcons have that, with an average of 4.5 sacks over the past six games. Mayfield has passed for fewer than 200 yards in four straight games and is responsible for five turnovers compared to four TD throws. Perhaps he’ll turn it around here in a must-win game but recent history favors the visitors, who are 5-2 ATS in the last seven matchups between the teams. It’s worth considering, however, that the Bucs are tied with the AFC South lead while the Falcs have been eliminated from playoff eligibility and have shown signs of quitting on Raheem Morris. The loss of Michael Penix and Drake London has turned the Atlanta offense into a one-dimensional mess. The Bucs are good at stopping what Atlanta does best — running the football — so the under is very much in play.
IF I WERE A BETTING MAN: Bucs and the under.
