Prince William is ‘done’ with Harry — refuses to speak about him: report

Prince William has no interest in mending fences with his estranged brother, Prince Harry.

On Friday, the Duke of Sussex sat down with the BBC for a bombshell interview hours after he lost his appeal for taxpayer-funded UK security for him and his family.

But the royals responded with deafening silence — choosing unity over words as they put on a show of solidarity on the Buckingham Palace balcony during Monday’s VE Day commemoration.

Palace insiders reveal that Harry, 40, could be waiting a long time — if ever — for his brother to break the silence.

“William doesn’t talk about Harry anymore,” a source told Us Weekly. “Everyone knows it’s a subject that they shouldn’t bring up, so he hasn’t brought up the interview and won’t.”

The insider added that the future king, 42, is “done” with the Invictus Games founder.

“When he becomes king, everybody thinks the divide will become even wider,” the source said of the Prince of Wales.

The Post has reached out to Kensington Palace for comment.

During hit sit-down chat with the BBC, the “Spare” author addressed his estrangement from his family, saying he was “devastated” by the court’s decision not to reinstate publicly-funded security in his homeland.

Additionally, he revealed that his father, King Charles, “won’t speak to me because of this security stuff” — though expressed his desire for a royal reconciliation.

“There have been so many disagreements between myself and some of my family,” the former working royal told the outlet, adding that he’s since “forgiven” them.

“I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore,” stated Harry, who claimed in court that he had been singled out for “unjustified and inferior treatment.”

“Life is precious. I don’t know how much longer my father has,” he said of Charles, 76, who was diagnosed with cancer last year.

The court’s definitive ruling prompted Buckingham Palace to share a rare statement about the bitter situation.

“All of these issues have been examined repeatedly and meticulously by the courts, with the same conclusion reached on each occasion,” a palace spokesperson said.

Harry last year expressed disappointment at his estranged family’s lack of help amid his various legal battles.

Charles, for his part, had been reluctant to even speak to his estranged son over fears there could have been “serious legal jeopardy” during the duke’s unsuccessful case against the UK government.

In July 2024, Harry’s pal revealed that Charles no longer takes his son’s calls or responds to his letters, adding that the duke learned of his father’s hospitalization on March 27 through the news.
