A Queens middle school teacher was busted Tuesday morning for allegedly sexually assaulting a child, cops said.
David Ospino, 36, who teaches at I.S. 204 Oliver Wendell Holmes Middle School in Long Island City, faces charges of rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
The victim was not a student at the school where Ospino taught, sources said.
The victim, who was a teenager, came forward to police and accused Ospino of sexually assaulting her at his home last year, according to AMNewYork.
Ospino’s arraignment at Queens Criminal Courthouse was pending Tuesday.
