Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the saddest of them all?
Rachel Zegler posed a question for Timothée Chalamet fans after he and girlfriend Kylie Jenner made their red carpet debut after two years of dating.
The 24-year-old star referenced the Instagram fan account Club Chalamet, which is dedicated to the “Willy Wonka” star, while commenting on a Wednesday post from Cosmopolitan.
The photo shared by the magazine featured Chalamet, 29, and Jenner, 27, posing together at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in Rome.
“Is club chalamet gonna be ok,” Zegler teased in the comments section, to which Cosmopolitan replied, “We’re keeping her in our thoughts right now queen.”
The outlet captioned their original post, “It’s officially red carpet official! Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner made their carpet debut today at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in Italy! Someone check on Club Chalamet right now…👀”
While in Rome, Chalamet was honored with an award for Cinematic Excellence.
Club Chalamet shared their well wishes for the “A Complete Unknown” star on Instagram with a picture of him holding his trophy.
“Timothée, congratulations on your David Di Donatello honor yesterday in Italy,” the account holder, Simone, wrote. “So many more of such honors will come your way over the years.”
But the fan also touched on the negativity she’s experienced on her page in recent years.
“The purpose of Club Chalamet is to be an entertaining and reliable content creator of commentary about the life and career of Timothée Chalamet. I’m proud of the work I have done for CC since 2018, and Timothée has consistently demonstrated that he’s a talent worth supporting,” Simone wrote.
“Abusive gaslighting has been done to our community by interlopers who have enjoyed the gossip situation of the past two years. When you have a vested interest in the welfare of your fan community, you see the accumulating damage firsthand and how it’s been allowed to fester.”
After explaining that many fans have been “trolled and bullied by interlopers, the media, and driven into mental exhaustion from the toxicity of the gossip,” she wanted the public to know she’s sticking around in honor of Chalamet.
“I’m not going anywhere. YOU, too, have the power to ignore the gossip and focus on real-world problems you can’t ignore; let’s keep things in perspective. Go out for a walk, drink a cup of coffee, and stay positive. Timmy is a phenomenal actor and human being, and Club Chalamet will be here to support him.”
Chalamet and Jenner, meanwhile, have been out and about in recent months, attending a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game together in April, where they packed on the PDA courtside.
The duo also watched the Indian Wells tennis tournament in March, where they showed one another plenty of affection throughout the game.
Although their Italian adventure marks the first red carpet they walked on together, Jenner is no stranger to supporting her partner in his career endeavors.
During the 2025 award season, the Kylie Cosmetics founder attended the Golden Globes, Oscars, and BAFTAs with Chalamet, who was nominated for best actor for his role as Bob Dylan in the 2024 biographical drama “A Complete Unknown.”
Chalamet’s performance earned him a SAG award.
The couple has kept their relationship largely out of the spotlight, with Chalamet addressing keeping his privacy amid his mounting fame.
“I can’t say that this stuff doesn’t matter,” he told GQ in 2023, “because my intense fandom has led me to where I am.”
When the reporter brought up the level of fame Jenner possesses, Chalamet replied, “This reminds me of that recent ‘South Park’ episode with the Worldwide Privacy Tour,” referring to the show parodying Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wanting privacy while traveling the world.
“Sometimes, people are going to be hella confused when you say you’re trying to live a private life.”
