Real estate agent and reality star Tracy Tutor is suing Oren Alexander, accusing him of sexual assault and sex trafficking ahead of the resolution of his trial in Manhattan, where he is facing similar charges.
Tracy Tutor, a Beverly Hills broker who starred on six seasons of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” filed her civil lawsuit against Alexander on Thursday in New York federal court, TMZ reported. In it, she claimed that 38-year-old Alexander in 2014 lured her from Los Angeles to New York, where he allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted her.
Tutor at the time had been interested in a job with at Douglas Elliman, once one of the nation’s leading real estate firms, according to court documents. During the recruitment process, Tutor said she was invited to dinner with some of the company’s major players, including Alexander and approximately eight others. She added that when she arrived for the sit-down, she was handed a “large, pink cocktail” and then she blacked out shortly thereafter.
A male friend later found her in the restroom with Alexander, who was kissing her with his shirt unbuttoned and “touching her in intimate areas for his own gratification,” the documents said.
A lawyer for Alexander told TMZ: “This appears to be nothing more than a transparent attempt to create headlines and taint the proceedings at a critical moment. We are confident the jury will focus on the evidence presented in court, not on opportunistic litigation tactics.”
Alexander and his older brother, 39-year-old Tal Alexander, were some of the most successful real estate brokers in the country until 2024, when a series of women accused them of sexual assault. Their third brother and Oren’s twin, Alon Alexander, was also accused. He does not work in real estate.
All three brothers allegedly used their wealth and charm to run a decades-long sex-trafficking scheme, and they were arrested in New York in December 2024. They have denied all wrongdoing and have pleaded not guilty to the federal charges they are facing.
Jury deliberations are currently underway.
According to the New York Times, more than 60 women have accused the brothers of assault.
