Hulk Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea on Aug. 11, 1953, is one of the most famous, recognizable names in wrestling and pop culture thanks to his decades-long career. The WWE Hall of Famer began his wrestling career in the 1970s before becoming a household name alongside Vince McMahon’s World Wrestling Entertainment in the 1980s. Hogan’s fanbase, known as the ‘Hulkamaniacs,’ and his iconic catchphrase, ‘Whatcha gonna do, when Hulkamania runs wild on you?,’ helped WWE gain global recognition during his time on the roster.
