‘RHONY’ alum Carole Radziwill returning as ‘friend’ of new cast

“Real Housewives of New York City” alum Carole Radziwill is returning to the Bravo hit as a “friend” of the rebooted cast.

The journalist-turned-reality star, 62, will return for the 16th season of “RHONY,” which will start filming on location this week, Variety reports.

Radziwill previously starred in the show’s fifth through tenth seasons, during which she became close with Bethenny Frankel, who starred on seasons 1 through 3 and 7 through 11, until the pair had a falling out.

After years of pointed remarks directed at or coming from “Real Housewives” executive producer Andy Cohen, Radziwill and Cohen, 57, seemed to put down their arms last summer, when she appeared on his show, “Watch What Happens Live,” followed by BravoCon in November.

“RHONY” was rebooted after its widely panned 13th season, though only three members of that cast — Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy, and Jessell Taank — will return for the upcoming season, as confirmed Monday by Bravo. Also joining will be Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond, and Daisy Toye.

Radziwill’s return comes as her late husband Anthony Radziwill reenters the public eye through Ryan Murphy’s “Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette.”

Anthony, who died in August 1999 and was JFK Jr.’s cousin, is portrayed by Erich Bergen in six of the series’ nine episodes.

Carole discussed her memories of JFK. Jr. and Bessette in 2024’s “JFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biography,” by Liz McNeil and RoseMarie Terenzio.
