’80s music fans will get the ‘Best of All Worlds’ in 2026.
Sammy Hagar recently announced he’s striking out on a short summer tour with Rick Springfield from June 13-27.
The eight-show jaunt will send the unlikely old school pair to amphitheaters, music centers and casinos all over the Midwest and East Coast.
That includes a stop at Holmdel, NJ’s PNC Bank Arts Center on Monday, June 22.
At all shows, Hagar is trotting out his musically-gifted Best of All Worlds Band. Guitarist Joe Satriani, bassist/backing vocalist Michael Anthony and drummer Kenny Aronoff make up the talented ensemble.
“We finally squeezed some time for the Best Of All Worlds Band out of everyone’s schedules,” The Red Rocker himself shared on Instagram. “Can’t wait to put the set list together for this one whew!”
They’ll reportedly take “a deep dive into the Van Halen years” and deliver cuts from Hagar’s ’70s group Montrose, solo career and ’00s supergroup Chickenfoot.
“We’re celebrating the legacy of the music and bringing it to a whole new generation of fans,” stated Hagar added in a press release.
On top of the brief trek, the former Van Halen frontman will also resume his ongoing Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM. At the time of publication, he has 11 gigs booked in both March and September.
As for Springfield, the “Jessie’s Girl” hitmaker will take his talents to eight U.S. venues in March, April and May.
In addition to all of the above, Hagar guitarist Joe Satriani is also conducting an expansive, nationwide tour of his own with Steve Vai that they’re calling ‘SatchVai.’
While we’re at it, we should mention that fellow former Van Halen singer David Lee Roth will be out on the road this year as well.
Tickets to see Sammy Hagar with Rick Springfield on their summer tour officially go on sale to the general public on Friday, Jan. 16 at 10 am local time through Ticketmaster but are available now on trusted secondary market sites like StubHub, Vivid Seats and GameTime.
We only recommend sites with a 100% buyer guarantee, so you know your transaction is safe and your tickets will arrive on time.
