Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs struggling to find buyer for ‘freak offs’ mansion

The market for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Beverly Hills mansion, with its alleged ties to his infamous “freak offs,” has reportedly been slow to develop.

The disgraced music mogul, 55, listed the mansion for sale over the summer, several months after it was raided by FBI and Homeland Security agents and months before his September arrest by federal agents in New York.

The home has 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a two-story guest house and a pool, according to the Westside Estate Agency listing.

Combs, who is in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, is asking $61.5 million for the property, according to People.

The magazine reports there have been “no serious offers.”

“The property itself is stunning, yet it’s clear that the criminal allegations has impacted buyer interest,” an unnamed real estate source said.

TMZ reported the “ick factor” related to Diddy’s alleged crimes was hampering a potential sale.

The L.A. home and Diddy’s Miami enclave were raided March 26, where investigators found “freak off supplies,” like drugs, baby oil and lubricant used in orgies.

Diddy has been charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is also being sued for sexual abuse and rape by multiple plaintiffs. He has attempted to use his properties as security for bail, but so far those efforts have failed.

He entered a not guilty plea in the criminal case in September.
