Serial grinder sought for 4 attacks on downtown Brooklyn women

NYPD detectives are hunting a creep who has grabbed and grinded against at least four women in downtown Brooklyn in the past two weeks, police said Friday.

Investigators linked the four crimes to the same person and posted surveillance photos of their suspect in the hopes that someone would recognize them.

The attacks began at about 6:45 a.m. on March 19, when the hooded suspect crept up behind a 30-year-old woman near the corner of Gold and Front Sts. in Vinegar Hill, cops said.

The attacker grabbed the woman by the waist and pressed his privates up against her before running off, cops said.

He resurfaced on Sunday, when he jumped a 21-year-old woman near Middagh and Willow Sts. in Brooklyn Heights at about 7:45 a.m. His victim said the suspect grabbed her behind, put her in a bear hug, and ground against her for a moment before escaping down the street.

Similar attacks were made against a 34-year-old woman near Henry and Joralemon Sts. at 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday and a 60-year-old woman near Fulton St. and Ashland Place at about 3:40 a.m. on Wednesday.

None of the victims were seriously harmed. It was not disclosed if the suspect said anything to them during the attacks.

Cops recovered video of the lanky, mustachioed suspect following one of the attacks.

Anyone with information regarding this man is urged to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
