‘Snow White’ stars Gal Gadot and Rachel Zegler divided over Israel-Palestine conflict

Mirror, mirror on the wall, which “Snow White” stars aren’t friends at all?

Rachel Zelger has “nothing in common” with fellow “Snow White” actress Gal Gadot — and tensions are allegedly mounting ahead of the release of their live-action Disney remake.

An unnamed insider dished on the duo in an interview with People on Friday, saying the stars live completely different lives.

Zegler, 23, is a young up-and-comer, while Gadot, 39, is a mom-of-four who has been married to husband Jaron Varsano since 2008

“On top of that, their political views differ, adding to the tension,” the insider added.

Both Zegler and Gadot have also been outspoken about the ongoing war in Israel-Palestine war — each sharing different perspectives.

Zegler wrote “Free Palestine” on X after the first “Snow White” trailer was released online.

Gadot, meanwhile, is Israeli and has been outspoken about the atrocities committed by Hamas against her home country on Oct. 7, 2023.

Meanwhile, Zegler has previously hit headlines for describing the original “Snow White” as dated.

On Friday, the source told People that Gadot was mystified as to why Zegler made such a remark.

“Gal’s attitude is that you don’t criticize and cause drama for a project you signed on to do,” the source said. “She just doesn’t get it.”

“Snow White” is set for release on Mar. 21, and there has already been considerable controversy in the lead-up to the movie’s release.

Before the movie was even made, it was leaked that Disney was axing the dwarf characters. The studio responded to the buzz by stating they were taking a “different approach” to “avoid reinforcing stereotypes” from the 1937 film.

Fans shared their grievances online, calling the company too “politically correct” and “woke.”

“Game of Thrones” actor Peter Dinklage, who has dwarfism, also felt it was the wrong move

“Literally no offense to anyone, but I was a little taken aback [when] they were very proud to cast a Latina actress as Snow White, but you’re still telling the story of ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,’” he said while on Marc Maron’s “WTF” podcast in 2022.

“You’re progressive in one way but then you’re still making that f–king backward story about seven dwarfs living in a cave together,” Dinklage, 55, explained. “What the f–k are you doing, man? Have I done nothing to advance the cause from my soapbox? I guess I’m not loud enough.”

Additionally, some Disney fans vowed to boycott the movie after Zegler lashed out at supporters of President Donald Trump.

“I hope you get no peace when this film BOMBS at the box office and streaming,” one person wrote on social media.

Due to the controversy the film, Disney has now reportedly opted for a low-key premiere over the usual media-packed red carpet.

According to Variety, the event on March 15 will be limited to photographers and an in-house crew.

However, Gadot is asking fans to give the remake a chance.

When asked by a TMZ reporter on Tuesday if people should watch “Snow White,” the actress, who plays the Evil Queen, responded, “Of course — it’s a great movie.”
