Spanish model Cristina Pérez Galcenco, 21, found dead at home

International model Cristina Pérez Galcenco, the 21-year-old daughter of former soccer pro Nacho Pérez, was found dead of apparently natural causes, according to Spanish media.

Pérez Galcenco was discovered deceased Tuesday at her residence in Spain’s Málaga province, where she moved for a training course, according to a translated report from El Mundo.

The young woman is believed to have died from natural causes, and foul play is not suspected.

At the time of her death, Pérez Galcenco had been in a months-long relationship with a young textile businessman. Family sources said the romance was stable.

Pérez Galcenco’s mother, Tatiana Galcenco, on her Instagram Story shared notice of her daughter’s funeral, which will take place Saturday in Lugones, according to a translation.

The aspiring Victoria’s Secret Angel reportedly walked in Paris and Milan fashion weeks as well as at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid.

The organizers of Campoamor Fashion Show, which Pérez Galcenco first walked in at age 14, were among the first to pay tribute to the young woman, with a white dove captioning a photo and video of her on a runway donning a pink Isabel Sanchis gown.

Acclaimed hairdresser and stylist Manuel Mon offered his “heartfelt condolences” to Pérez Galenco’s loved ones as he remembered her for “her sweetness, her professionalism and the so authentic way in which she brought every piece to life.”

Her “presence not only brought beauty to the work, but also humanity, respect and a very special energy that will stay forever in our memory,” wrote Revlon’s Global Artistic Ambassador. “It’s been an honor to create with you.”

Pérez Galcenco’s goalkeeper father played on Sporting de Gijón during the 1975 to 1976 season, followed by a stint with Recreativo de Huelva.
