A suspect taken into custody after the fatal stabbing of a 70-year-old man inside the Brooklyn home they shared has been charged with murder, police said Tuesday.
Josny Jean, 31, and the victim, whose name has not yet been released, lived in the same multi-family home on E. 87th St. near Avenue M in Canarsie, though it isn’t clear if they lived in the same apartment.

The victim was stabbed eight times in the chest about 1:10 a.m. Monday, cops said.
He made it to Brookdale University Hospital by private means and died there at 2:06 a.m., with doctors calling police.
Jean is charged with murder and weapon possession. He has one prior arrest, for assault on Feb. 11, cops said.
