Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are engaged to be married — and they may both have a date with Super Bowl LX.
Online gambling site BetOnline.ag made Swift the runaway favorite to perform for U.S. sports’ biggest event in February after the “The Life of a Showgirl” performer announced her engagement to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end she’s been linked to since fall of 2023. Kelce has played in the last four Super Bowls. His team won three of those games.
Gamblers wanting to place bets on Swift taking the stage on Feb. 8 in Santa Clara, Calif. were offered an opportunity to place even money on the pop superstar Tuesday. In other words, bet $100, win $100 if Swift books the gig.
Singer Dua Lipa is a distant second to get the job. Odds against her are 7-1, according to the Antigua and Barbuda-based sportsbook. Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus and Oasis are all given a 10-1 chance to perform a roughly 15-minute show between the second and third quarter of the big game between the National Football League’s American Football Conference and National Football Conference.
Billboard reported that a record 133.5 million viewers tuned into Kendrick Lamar’s halftime performance in February. That audience also saw Kelce’s team suffer through a 40-22 beating by the Philadelphia Eagles while Swift watched from the stands.
