A 17-year-old girl was fatally shot in the head at a Queens house — and cops are questioning a young man who was there when it happened, police sources said Sunday.
Deaza Barkley was shot at the home on Clover Place near Foothill Ave. in Holliswood about 5:15 p.m. Saturday, cops said. She lived in East New York, Brooklyn, according to cops.
Medics rushed the teen to Jamaica Hospital but she could not be saved.
Cops are still investigating the circumstances of her death and have not yet determined if it was a homicide. Police are questioning a young man but no charges were immediately filed
Police recovered a gun from the scene.
