A 17-year-old boy shot outside his Brooklyn high school is expected to survive a grievous stomach wound, cops and school safety sources said Thursday.
The victim was leaving a basketball game at the Clara Barton High School located on Classon Ave. in Crown Heights when he noticed a group of five males clad in hoodies and masks following him near Washington Ave. around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday, sources said.
The victim was struck with a gut shot after one of his stalkers opened fire, school safety sources told the Daily News.
Medics rushed the victim in critical condition to Kings County Hospital where he is expected to survive, cops said.
Investigators recovered three 40-caliber bullet casings from the scene, sources said. There have been no arrests.
