Two children, one adult killed in Uber-involved crash in Brooklyn

Three people — an adult and two children — were killed early Saturday afternoon when a vehicle that was in a devastating car crash involving an Uber careened toward a small group walking near a Brooklyn boulevard, officials said.

The three victims, as well as a third child, were on Ocean Parkway near Quentin Rd. in Midwood just after 1 p.m. when two cars collided in front of them, cops said.

One of the vehicles plowed into the group, officials said.

Medics rushed the four pedestrians to Maimonides Medical Center, where two of the children and the adult died, cops said. The third child remained in critical condition at the hospital Saturday.

A driver of one of the vehicles and an Uber driver and his two passengers were all removed to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, cops said.

The victims’ ages and genders were not immediately disclosed.

No criminal charges were filed as police continue their investigation.
