Two women were stabbed, one fatally, in the Bronx early Sunday by the ex-boyfriend of the survivor, police sources said.
A 57-year-old woman was stabbed repeatedly in the chest and her 40-year-old relative knifed multiple times all over her body near Park Ave. and E. 161st St. about 7 a.m., cops said.
Medics took both to Lincoln Hospital but the older woman couldn’t be saved. The younger woman was in stable condition.
Police believe the stabber, who ran off, is the younger woman’s ex-boyfriend. Cops have made no arrests.
The killing marks the fifth slaying this year in the Bronx’s 44th Precinct, which saw 16 homicides in all of 2024, NYPD stats show.
