Victoria Beckham shows united front with David after affair rumors with ex-assistant

Victoria Beckham is keeping her man close.

The singer-turned-fashion designer shared a series of photos with her husband, David Beckham, via Instagram on Monday, March 31.

The post came just hours after David’s ex-assistant, Rebecca Loos, appeared on “60 Minutes Australia” to repeat claims from 2004 about her alleged four-month affair with the former soccer star.

“What a way to begin the first of many birthday celebrations for [David Beckham], surrounded by friends and family,” Victoria, 50, captioned the four photos ahead of her husband’s milestone 50th birthday on May 2. “Kisses from Miami!”

Victoria’s post featured her and David alongside three of their four kids – including sons Romeo, 22, and Cruz, 20, and daughter Harper, 13. Brooklyn Beckham, 26, was not in the family shots.

On Sunday, Loos, 47, doubled down on claims that she and David had engaged in an affair more than two decades ago. According to the ex-assistant, she and the former athlete hooked up roughly five years after David and Victoria married in July 1999.

“In my opinion, it was a very brave thing to do to go up against them,” Loos said over the weekend. “I have stuck to the truth. I’ve never exaggerated. I never lied about a single thing.”

“Why?” she continued. “Because I’m going up against the strongest, most powerful couple in the media who have all the money in the world for the best PR, the best lawyers.”

“And all I had on my side was the truth,” Loos added.

Elsewhere in the interview, Loos – who married a Norwegian doctor, Sven Christjar Skaiaa, in 2012 – said she fell “hook, line and sinker for every single cliche line” that David allegedly said during that time.

“And then two weeks later we were at Ronaldo’s birthday party and he’s off with this beautiful model,” she claimed. “And I was like, ‘Uh.’ That was a hard night for me. That was like, ‘Uh, I don’t understand.’ And realizations started to hit that I’d been massively played.”

Loos originally came forward in 2004 to claim that David had invited her to a hotel while his wife was out of town. The allegations resurfaced in 2023 when the Netflix docuseries “Beckham” was released.

“I always had the opinion of it’s better that it comes from me and that I have some sort of control,” she said of her decision to first come forward 21 years ago. “And also by doing that, it was a way of me sort of… not getting back at him, but sort of… yeah.”

“I kind of felt the way he treated me was very unfair — what he was getting away with,” the mom-of-two continued. “That two-faced life. I felt that I know how much his image means to him.”

“I just kind of wanted to make him feel some pain too,” she added on Sunday. “It sounds very vindictive to say, but when you’re 26 years old, it’s how you react to heartache and pain.”

David has repeatedly denied Loos’ allegations. He and Victoria also alluded to the ex-assistant’s claims in the Netflix docuseries.

“There were some horrible stories that were difficult to deal with,” David said at the time. “It was the first time that me and Victoria had been put under that kind of pressure in our marriage.”

“It was the hardest period for us,” the former Spice Girl added. “Because it felt like the world was against us. And here’s the thing, we were against each other if I’m being completely honest.”

Loos later repeated her allegations following the release of the show. She claimed the stories were “horrible” but “true.” She also shaded David for “indirectly suggesting” that she was the one who “made Victoria suffer.”

“Yes, the stories were horrible, but they’re true,” Loos said. “He talks in the documentary about this ultimately being his private life, shutting it down.”

“I think it’s one thing to keep your private life to yourself,” she added. “It’s another thing to mislead the public.”
