HBO is often synonymous with must-see TV; it’s their shows that are typically the topic of water cooler conversations on Monday morning, and the hits just keep coming.
Season 3 of “The White Lotus” premiered in February to huge ratings and there’s still over half of the season, which has been full of mystery, intrigue, and lush Thai settings, to go.
Beginning this week, though, it’s also serving as the lead-in to another highly anticipated HBO premiere. Over a year and a half after it was last on the air, Danny McBride’s megachurch comedy “The Righteous Gemstones” is returning for one last nine-episode ride.
In her review of the season, DECIDER’s Hope Sloop wrote, “Watching three supposedly good Christian adults make the dirtiest jokes you’ve ever heard, assault one another and complete strangers, and leave you questioning if they will ever see the pearly gates is a dynamic that just does not become boring.”
If you want to know what all your work friends will be talking about tomorrow morning, here’s how to tune in and make sure you don’t miss a second of the can’t-miss premieres.
HBO Sunday night schedule: What’s on HBO right now?

That’s not the end of these HBO Sundays, though! Around 11:20 p.m. ET, a new episode of “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver” will air.

‘The White Lotus’ Season 3 cast guide:
The cast and characters of “The White Lotus” Season 3 fall into one of four different clusters.
First, there’s the Ratliff family on vacation from North Carolina; Jason Isaacs and Parker Posey play parents Timothy and Victoria, while their three children, Saxon, Piper, and Lochlan are played by Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Sam Nivola, respectively.
Then, there’s the girls’ trip — three childhood best friends who have grown apart, coming back together for the trip of a lifetime to Thailand (and talking trash as soon as one of them is out of earshot). Michele Monaghan plays Jaclyn Lemon, a successful actress; Carrie Coon is Laurie, a New York-based lawyer; and Leslie Bibb is Kate, a country club wife living in Austin.
Chelsea and Rick’s reasons for being in Thailand are a little less clear, even after three episodes. Walton Goggins plays mysterious Rick and Aimee Lou Wood plays Chelsea, his younger girlfriend.
Of course, there’s also the White Lotus resort staff. Among them is Natasha Rothwell as Belinda Lindsey, a spa manager from the Maui White Lotus who appeared on Season 1. Lalisa Manobal plays Thidapon “Mook” Sornsin, Lek Patravadi is resort owner Sritala Hollinger, Tayme Thapthimthong plays Gaitok, and Christian Friedel plays resort manager Fabian.
‘The Righteous Gemstones’ Season 4 cast guide:

Now in its fourth season, the core cast of “The Righteous Gemstones” has largely stayed the same.
John Goodman stars as patriarch Eli Gemstone, who is now retired going into Season 4. Series creator Danny McBride also plays eldest son Jesse Gemstone, middle child Judy is played by Edi Patterson, and Adam Devine is the youngest Gemstone, Kelvin.
Cassidy Freeman, Tim Baltz, and Tony Cavalero co-star as the Gemstone siblings’ respective partners, Amber, B.J., and Keefe. Skylar Gisondo will also return as Jesse and Amber’s oldest son, Gideon.
These HBO Sundays are also set to be a Goggins double feature, as the actor portrays fan-favorite character Baby Billy Freeman, Eli’s brother-in-law.
