On Saturday, Nov. 30, the lights will go down on Broadway’s “Once Upon A Mattress.”
Rather than take it easy after a grueling four-month run, lead actress Sutton Foster will take her talents on the road.
Starting in December 2024, the two-time Tony winner will take her ‘An Evening With Sutton Foster Tour’ to venues all over North America.
That includes stops at New Brunswick, NJ’s State Theatre on Jan. 31, Stony Brook, NY’s Staller Center on Feb. 1 and Westhampton Beach, NY’s Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center on July 5.
This set of shows will be Foster’s first since December 2023. Based on our findings at Set List FM, she performs roughly 20 songs at all shows including Doris Day, Stevie Wonder, Sara Bareilles, Fred Astaire and Joni Mitchell covers as well as cuts from “The Music Man,” “West Side Story” and “Anything Goes.”
And while we don’t know what she has planned for this year, we’d imagine “Sweeney Todd” and “Once Upon A Mattress” tunes will work their way into the set list.
