Studio 8H isn’t the only venue Morgan Wallen is performing at this year.
After serving as “Saturday Night Live’s” musical guest alongside host Mikey Madison on Saturday, the polarizing country star will put on his inaugural, self-curated Sand In My Boots Festival this May and then take off on his summer 2025 ‘I’m The Problem Tour’ with special guests Brooks & Dunn, Thomas Rhett on select dates as well as others.
Based on our findings, the 31-year-old doesn’t have any New York or New Jersey dates on his itinerary other than the quick “SNL” gig. As of now, the closest he’ll get to the Tri-state is when he hits Foxborough, MA’s Gillette Stadium on Friday, Aug. 22 and Saturday, Aug. 23.
Wallen’s 21-show jaunt comes in support of his upcoming fourth studio album “I’m The Problem,” due out May 16.
“Album is officially done,” the “Last Night” singer shared on Instagram on March 14. At the time of publication, he’s released three singles — “I’m The Problem,” “I’m A Little Crazy” and “Just In Case” — and a trio of other tracks ahead of the record’s release.
The good news is that fans Wallnuts can grab tickets for all of Wallen’s shows and festival dates as of today.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets for any one show was $94 before fees on Vivid Seats.
Other concerts have tickets starting anywhere from $99 before fees to $207 including fees.

Morgan Wallen new music
In the event you’re clamoring for “I’m The Problem” to hit shelves, there are six tunes to listen to in the meantime.
The title track “I’m The Problem” is a gritty piece of country rock with a nice acoustic strum coursing under the song’s bold vocals and heavy dueling guitar. It should likely figure heavily into this tour’s set list.
Next up, the soft “Just In Case” tells a story of heartbreak and pining for the one that got away. “I ain’t sayin’ that I always sleep alone/I ain’t sayin’ that I ain’t met no one else,” Wallen starts before admitting in the chorus “I never let my heart go all the way/Every time I try, I just hit the brakes/And there’s always a couple tryna take your place/But I never fall in love, baby, just in case/You wake up wantin’ me out of the blue.”
After that, he hits us with the surprisingly danceable “Love Somebody” that sounds tailor-made for a night at a beachside bar, then, the vulnerable “Smile,” anthemic “Lies Lies Lies” and, finally, the stripped-down “I’m A Little Crazy.”
To hear for yourself, you can find the first few tracks from “I’m The Problem” here.
Morgan Wallen special guests
Wallen won’t be going it alone this summer. In fact, he’ll be bringing some household name country icons along with him. To make sure you’re familiar with all of their sounds, here’s each artist’s most-streamed track on Spotify:
Brooks & Dunn: “Neon Moon”
Miranda Lambert: “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home)”
Thomas Rhett: “Die A Happy Man”
Koe Wetzel: “High Road”
Gavin Adcock: “A Cigarette”
Corey Kent: “Wild As Her”
Ella Langley: “you look like you love me”
Anne Wilson: “My Jesus”
Morgan Wallen controversy
While Wallen is a bona fide star, his ascent to the top hasn’t come without a few hiccups.
In fact, his Wikipedia has a whole section labeled “Controversies.”
Just a few of the 31-year-old’s most notable scandals include an arrest for public intoxication and disorderly conduct (May 2020), partying maskless in a bar at the height of the pandemic (October 2020), and using racial slurs on camera (February 2021).
Following his racist incident, Wallen donated $300,000 to the Black Music Action Coalition. He was also banned from a number of award shows.
Most recently, Wallen “was charged with three felony counts by the Metro Nashville Police Department after a chair he allegedly threw off the roof of the six-story Chief’s bar landed on Broadway near two police officers,” according to the NY Post.
Morgan Wallen on “Saturday Night Live”
Prior to his “SNL” appearance, Wallen appeared in a promo video with host Mikey Madison and cast member Chloe Fineman.
In one of the trio’s exchanges, Fineman announces “springtime in New York City, don’t you just love it?”
“Oh, I know,” Madison responds. “Birds are chirping, bees are flying.”
“Rats are biting,” Wallen quips.
Fineman tags the joke with “That’s the Big Apple, baby!” before the group jumps into a few more gags. To see the bits yourself, you can find this week’s “SNL” promo with Mikey Madison and Morgan Wallen here.
