Where to buy tickets, new dates

Hell has frozen over again.

Just three days after Don Henley said “March will be the end of” The Eagles’ Las Vegas Sphere residency on CBS Morning News, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band has added two more dates at the Sin City venue.

The “Hotel California” hitmakers now have ten gigs remaining in their record-breaking 58-show run. They’re slated to take place:

Friday, Feb. 20
8:30 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 21
8:30 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 27
8:30 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 28
8:30 p.m.

Friday, March 20
8:30 p.m.

Saturday, March 21
8:30 p.m.

Friday, March 27
8:30 p.m.

Saturday, March 28
8:30 p.m.

Friday, April 10
8:30 p.m.

Saturday, April 11
8:30 p.m.

Based on our findings at Set List FM, the group typically performs approximately 20 songs per show. That includes undeniable hits (“One Of These Nights,” “Desperado,” “Heartache Tonight”), tracks from Joe Walsh’s back catalog (“Rocky Mountain Way,” “Life’s Been Good,” “In The City”) and Don Henley solo cuts (“The End of the Innocence,” “The Boys of Summer”).

Yet, the real main attraction may be Sphere’s awe-inspiring, wraparound, 360-degree visuals that are thematically tied to the lyrics.

“…[Sphere’s] screen truly envelops the stage [allowing] the crowd to be transported both musically and visually [as] the Eagles’ show took a journey from under the sea to above the clouds (with some terrestrial stops in between),” Billboard wrote in a review of their September 2024 opening night.

“Some of the most stunning visual displays included a couple’s gorgeous underwater choreography for ‘The Boys of Summer; a towering cityscape growing over the crowd before collapsing down into the ground for ‘In the City’; and a bus driving all the way into the cosmos and into a meteor shower for ‘Take It to the Limit.’”

After these shows, they’ll headline at the New Orleans Jazz Festival on Saturday, May 2.

No word on what comes next after that but we won’t count out hell freezing over again.

The Eagles band members

When you’ve been “taking it to the limit” since 1971, there’s bound to be a bit of shakeup in your group.

Still, after 50+ years together, 78-year-old founding member Don Henley (drums, vocals, also known for the timeless ’80s smash “Boys of Summer), continues to head the group.

At all Sphere dates, he’s joined by 78-year-old Joe Walsh (who also fronted The James Gang), 78-year-old Timothy B. Schmit (bassist and vocalist who played with Poco), 22-time Grammy winner Vince Gill and the late Glenn Frey’s 30-something son, Deacon.

Past members that are no longer with the band include Frey (who passed away in 2016) and Randy Meisner (he left this mortal coil in 2023). Bernie Leadon is still alive but hasn’t played with the band since 2016. As for guitarist Don Felder, he recently toured with Styx and REO Speedwagon’s Kevin Cronin, although The Post reported he suffered a medical emergency at a show in 2025.

Over the course of the group’s half-century together, The Eagles have received six Grammy Awards, performed over 1,000 concerts, and sold over 150 million albums.

Yeah, turns out they really did “Take It To The Limit.”
