Where to buy tickets, schedule

This isn’t too shocking.

Alice Cooper — America’s premier shock rocker — just announced he’s extending his ongoing ‘Too Close For Comfort Tour’ that began in 2023 into spring and summer 2025.

The news isn’t particularly surprising because the 77-year-old Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee has been touring steadily since the late 1960s. Based on our findings, ‘Too Close For Comfort’ is actually his 40th (!) career tour.

On this go-round, the “No More Mr. Nice Guy” has stops lined up in both New York and New Jersey.

Up first, he’ll drop into Utica, NY’s Stanley Performing Arts Center on Thursday, May 22. Then, on Saturday, May 24, Cooper hits Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort.

“You can never be too close … right? That’s why we’ve added more dates to the 2025 Too Close for Comfort Tour this spring and summer,” he shared on Instagram. “Come along for a nightmare you won’t forget!”

In addition to the tour, the rock vet also has a pair of festival gigs lined up and a spot opening for My Chemical Romance at Philadelphia’s Citizen Bank Ballpark on Friday, Aug. 15.

Fans can purchase tickets for all newly-announced Alice Cooper shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale is Friday, Feb. 14.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Alice Cooper new music

On Aug. 25, 2023, Cooper unveiled his 29th studio album “Road.”

Amazingly, after more than 55 years performing live, the Michigan native’s trademark rasp, spit-in-your-face attitude and raw instrumentals are as strong as ever.

“Road,” as one may expect, evokes the sounds of motors, engines and speedin’ down the highway. High-octane jams like the headbangin’ “Welcome To The Show,” foreboding “I’m Alice” and heavy, silly “Dead Don’t Dance” kick off the festivities before Cooper takes it home with his epic, anthemic cover of The Who’s “Magic Bus.”

Alice Cooper controversy

“The eye-liner wearing “Godfather of Shock Rock,” was dumped by a cosmetics company after the singer questioned the rush to perform trans surgeries on kids and said that transitioning genders was a ‘fad,’” according to the New York Post.

Honestly, that’s pretty ironic for a guy named Vincent Damon Furnier who changed his name to Alice over 50 years ago.

You can read the entire story about Cooper’s stubborn stance here.
