‘White Lotus’ stars Walton Goggins, Aimee Lou Wood end alleged feud

All’s well that ends well.

“The White Lotus” co-stars Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood appear to have ended their suspected feud just days before Goggins is set to make his hosting debut on “Saturday Night Live.”

Last month, rumors swirled that Goggins (Rick) and Wood (Chelsea) were fighting when eagle-eyed fans noticed that the on-screen couple were no longer following each other on Instagram.

Fans further speculated that the “Sons of Anarchy” actor blocked his “White Lotus” co-star because all of her comments on his Instagram were gone, while his comments on her page were still there.

The feud rumors escalated when Goggins, 53, and Wood, 31, shared touching tributes to their characters’ romance without tagging or mentioning one another following the show’s shocking season finale.

Goggins was also mysteriously absent from the show’s finale watch party, while Wood was in attendance with most of the cast.

Although neither Goggins nor Wood ever publicly addressed the feud rumors, their “White Lotus” co-star, Jason Isaacs, hinted at some behind-the-scenes drama during an interview with Vulture back in March.

Now, as of Monday, the pair are once again following each other on Instagram.

They are also reportedly set to do “something professionally” together “in the coming weeks,” according to a source.

Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood are once again following each other on Instagram.

Goggins is scheduled to host “SNL” on Saturday, May 10 – just weeks after the comedy faced backlash for mocking Wood’s teeth during a sketch about “The White Lotus.”

Wood slammed the parody as “mean and unfunny” before some “SNL” cast members, including Sarah Sherman and Bowen Yang, expended olive branches to the “Sex Education” actress.

“I actually love being taken the piss out of when it’s clever and in good spirits,” she wrote at the time. “But the joke was about fluoride. I have big gap teeth not bad teeth.”

“I don’t mind caricature – I understand that’s what SNL is,” Wood added. “But the rest of the skit was punching up and I/Chelsea was the only one punched down on.”

Goggins later praised the sketch as “smashing” and “amazing” on social media.

The “Fallout” star’s “SNL” debut also comes after Goggins abruptly ended an interview with the London Times after writer Ed Potton pressed him about his alleged feud with Wood.

“I’m not gonna have that conversation,” Goggins said in the story published on Thursday, May 2.

“There is no conversation to be had about that,” Goggins repeated when the subject was mentioned a second time.

“What the f–k, Ed!” he added when the writer pushed a third time. “Come on buddy. Wow.”

Although Goggins has not commented on his upcoming “SNL” hosting debut, he did tease his appearance with an Instagram post on April 24.

It is unclear if Wood will make a surprise appearance.
