Will Smith misbehaved at another award show.
The actor, 56, is coming under fire on social media following his and Spanish singer India Martínez’s steamy performance at Univision’s 37th Premio Lo Nuestro Awards in Miami last week.
In an Instagram clip from the show shared by Martinez, 39, the stars performed their song “First Love” on stage and got very touchy with each other.
At one point, Smith leaned in to kiss Martínez, who walked away from him. But moments later, Martínez approached the Oscar winner, caressed the back of his head, and they appeared to lock lips without actually kissing.
Martínez captioned the video, “I want that first passion. I want them first hugs. I want them hard cries. I want that FIRST LOVE ♥️🪭.”
In the comments, fans called out Smith — whose separation from wife Jada Pinkett Smith was revealed in 2023 — for acting “inappropriate” with Martínez on the stage.
“This whole thing is cringe 😬,” one fan wrote.
“Will Smith gives off really creepy old man vibes in this clip. Cringe,” another comment read.
A third person said, “I was waiting for Jada to come out from left stage and smack the sh!t outta her for kissing her man.”
“Inappropriate. Even if it is ‘entertainment,’” someone else wrote.
Other fans mentioned that Martínez and Smith didn’t appear to actually kiss during their performance.
“You can tell the attempt was a joke. They never actually kissed. The 2nd attempt when she came back still no kiss he leaned his forehead down as to get their lips further apart and backed away,” a fan said.
Martínez shared another Instagram with a series of photos from the event, including a backstage snapshot of her hugging Will with her legs wrapped around him.
The Post has reached out to Smith’s rep for comment. A rep for Martinez could not be reached.
The two stars have a history of being flirty with each other on social media.
On Valentine’s Day, Smith announced the release of his and Martínez’s song on Instagram with a clip of him drawing a red heart on the screen. He said in his caption that he dropped the track to “celebrate” the romantic holiday, and Martínez commented, “We’re like two children in their first love ❤️.”
A few days later, Martínez shared a video with Smith and called him her “very special CUPID.” Martínez also said the pair were “so happy” about the reaction to their song, before she blew a kiss at the camera.
Smith also “liked” a photo of Martínez wearing a skin-tight orange dress at the Premio Lo Nuestro red carpet.
In Oct. 2023. Pinkett Smith, 53, revealed while promoting her memoir, “Worthy,” that she and the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” alum had been separated for seven years.
“I think by the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying,” Pinkett Smith said in an interview on “Today.” “I think we were both kind of just still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.”
“I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce. We will work through whatever,” she continued. “And I just haven’t been able to break that promise.”
The pair were separated when Smith slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars for making fun of Pinkett Smith’s alopecia — which fans did not know at the time.
Over a year after “slapgate,” Pinkett Smith said that the incident actually saved her marriage.
“I call it the ‘holy slap’ now because so many positive things came after it,” she told Daily Mail’s YOU Magazine in Dec. 2023.
“That moment of the s— hitting the fan is when you see where you really are,” Pinkett Smith added. “After all those years trying to figure out if I would leave Will’s side, it took that slap for me to see I will never leave him.”
Smith and Pinkett Smith have been married since 1997 and share kids Jaden, 26, and Willow, 24. Smith also shares son Trey, 32, with ex Sheree Zampino.
